is a not for profit 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue code serving the Southwestern Ohio Tri-State areas. DELINQUENT PARENTS OUTREACH INC.’s purpose is to provide child support assistance, advocacy and employment services to non-custodial mothers and fathers. We encourage non-custodial parents to take an active role in their children's lives both physically and emotionally as well as financially.
Our primary goal is to develop individuals to their fullest potential regardless of disability, race, creed, religion, sex, age, or national origin.

A Word from the Founder and Director
As the Founder and Director of Delinquent
Parents Outreach, Inc. I continue to be passionate about the vision of this
organization and I truly believe the great impact it has and the difference it
has made in the lives of those we serve. I found that words cannot convey just
how special this organization is. Even in
the rising cost of today’s economy it would be easy for one to turn a deaf hear
to the cry of our children. Dr. Marva Mitchell stated in her book, "It Take a
Church to Raise a Village". Let’s not turn our back rather reach out, children
are our future invest in them now. Each donation will help parents who have
been incarcerated (even the none-custodial parent). Know that someone is there to help give them a second chance.
